SmartDrinks.ro recommends you to make sure that the beverages cover the entire number of guests, especially that you may return those which remained unused, and the corresponding amount shall be fully reimbursed provided that you meet the conditions mentioned below under “Returning unused products”.

Returning unused products

You like ensuring the fact that your event shall be a complete success, that your guests shall have a wonderful time and leave with pleasant memories. And thus you will sometimes buy more than the amount consumed. No worries there because SmartDrinks.ro will take over the unused products and reimburse you with the corresponding amount.

SmartDrinks.ro takes back the unused products under the following conditions:

The products are unsealed and contained in their original packing. The product stamps (as the case may be) and labels must be intact and clean, and the caps sealed. In the case of containers, these must remain covered with the film layer, and boxed drinks must display intact and clean boxes.

· Returning shall take place within 48 hours from the event;

· Drinks shall be directed to the SmartDrinks.ro office (Alma Tim Distribution S.R.L.) at Biruintei Boulevard, No. 103, Pantelimon City, Ilfov, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
