This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an enveloping flavor and strong personality. It has a delicate bouquet with fruity and floral notes, such as exotic fruit, peach and hints of rose. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, savoury and well balanced.
The grapes are cultivated according to the methods of the organic agriculture and are picked up only manually during the month of September, undergo a selection process. After the pressing procedure and the destemming, the must and the skin of the grapes remain in contact for some hours at low temperatures, in order to enhance the aromas and scents. This is followed by fermentation and maturation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
