The history of aged rums in Guatemala is strongly linked to the name Botrán, one of the founding families of Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala.
In the mid-20th century, five brothers of the Botrán family from Burgos, Spain, settled in Guatemala. Over time, this family succeeded in perfecting the art of rum production through the combination of old European traditions - as the Solera aging system -, with the use of local resources.

Tasting notes:
Color: Straw color
Nose: Balanced, with light notes of vanilla and wood.
Tasting: Pleasant, soft, explosive in the mouth. Fruity and citrus notes and an unusual complexity in white rum.
